About

The Avoca Lodge:
A step Back in Time
Molly and JJ Brown built the Avoca Lodge in 1897. The large property included a dairy farm and acres of apple orchards.
It was a two and a half hour trip from their downtown home and a place they treasured for years on 320 acres of land in the foothills of the Colorado Mountains.
